When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During the baseball season or high-demand promotion periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Can I return or exchange items purchased at the Team Store?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom jerseys are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, the Louisville Bats Team Store ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Standard shipping rates apply based on the destination and package weight.
How do I determine the correct size for apparel?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially for our performance jerseys.
Can I pick up my online order at Louisville Slugger Field?
Yes! Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to collect your order at the stadium gift shop during regular business hours or during home games.
Are the jerseys sold online the same as the ones the players wear?
We offer both 'Authentic' jerseys, which are identical to the on-field uniforms, and 'Replica' jerseys, which provide a similar look at a more accessible price point.
