Returns & Exchanges

The Louisville Bats Team Store is committed to providing fans with the highest quality gear, offering returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the receipt or packing slip is included with your submission.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship to Slugger Field

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to the Louisville Bats Team Store at Louisville Slugger Field.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
